When you are feeling down, you don’t like seeing other people be successful. In fact, you start hoping that your friends and families suffer though hard times. That way you don’t have to be put through the jealousy of seeing them succeed and be happier than you are. Then hating the world really starts to make sense, because you want the world the fail. The world failing while you stay stagnant is almost like succeeding. I guess what I’m getting to is, I think I understand what they guy who wrote the Book of Revelation was going through.
