Dog Runs Away From Life of Servitude
KENNETT SQ., PA-Buckets, a honey-colored Yorkshire Terrier, successfully escaped from modern-day slavery in Yardley, Pennsylvania yesterday. Buckets claims that he had to beg for food scraps and was only allowed outside to go to the bathroom. “It was wrong, what they did,” Buckets says, “I see that now. At first, I thought life couldn’t get better than this. Now I see that by trapping me in my own home, these people had taken away my liberties.” His former masters have begun putting pictures of Buckets on sign posts under the heading “Missing.” Buckets requests that anyone seeing these signs takes a stance against forced servitude and kindly tears the signs down.
